The hotel was quiet and absolutely gorgeous in the center of a good shopping area. I had a brand-new and large room with down pillows. The location was good, within easy walking distance of Vista Ridge Mall.

The staff is nice and exceptional.

The space for a large family. The location was ideal and easy to find. A cosy atmosphere with the fire place blazing on our arrival.

The night staff was not particularly friendly..we requested baby cot at time of booking however that was not in the suite when we night staff gave the impression that we were bothering him in asking for the cot. After trying to assembly the cot and could not we asked for a workable one only to be told that there was no more. He eventually came to help us but only after telling us that he is the only one on shift and might be unable to assist.

The rooms here are super clean and look like they were just built yesterday. 😊 the staff is really friendly and willing to help with anything you need.

The room with a jacuzzi tub. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Beds were too hard in this place.

This hotel was a brilliant place for exploring Lewisville. the property had very friendly staff members. - the location was good and stunning, close to the Dallas area. - Actually, everything was perfect. My next choice again in Lewisville.

Checking in and out was a breeze. This is an older hotel and the decor reflects that; however, our room was spacious and very clean.

Few food choices made the breakfast buffet disappointing. The dining room was extremely busy with only 1 staff person attending to cleaning tables, replenishing foods, etc..

The location here is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to Vista Ridge Mall, and there are great breakfast options available.

Room upstairs kept late hours and seemed to drop things on the floor. Facility nice but didn't sleep well for the noises from other tenants

I specifically requested a smoking room and at no time was I ever notified that this was not something that could be accommodated. In addition, the satellite and wi-fi kept going out at the times when I wanted them.
